The service

Threefold is a personal tool for setting quarterly objectives and running a weekly review, provided by [Company name GmbH].

Your account

You need a valid email address. Keep access to it secure: it is how you sign in. You must be at least 16 years old.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us only the rights needed to store it and show it back to you, and, when you ask, to send it to the sparring model.

The sparring partner

Responses are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Use your own judgement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can't guarantee it. We may change or end features with reasonable notice. You can export your data at any time.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage from breach of essential obligations.

Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
